TRX® suspension training was originally designed by a U.S. Navy SEAL team member as a way to perform intense resistance training when a traditional gym wasn't available. Utilizing the individual's body weight as the resistance element, amazing improvements in strength, power and core stability can be realized in a relatively short period of time.
